- Content Planning: Develop and oversee content plans for brand awareness campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategy and objectives.
- Channel Strategy: Understand and leverage all media channels to effectively brief and guide content and design teams, ensuring content is optimised for each platform.
- Agency & Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with creative agencies and internal design teams, coordinating efforts to produce high-quality, engaging content.
- Asset Utilisation: Maximise the exposure and impact of partnership assets, ensuring they are effectively integrated and promoted across partner channels.
- Creative Development: Deliver compelling creative concepts and storyboards that adhere to channel placements, format restrictions, and campaign goals.
- Project Coordination: Oversee the end-to-end content production process, from ideation to execution, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyse content performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement and optimisation.
- Experience: 5-8 years of experience in content project management, with a solid background in brand awareness campaigns and a deep understanding of ATL and digital media channels.
- Skills: Proven ability to manage complex projects, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and deliver content that meets strategic objectives. Proficiency in content management tools and project management software.
- Creativity: Strong creative vision with experience in developing engaging content concepts and storyboards, and ability to give constructive creative feedback.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyse content performance data and make data-driven decisions to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and collaborate effectively with teams and partners.
- Organisation: Exceptional organisational skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to fast moving campaigns, and able to work across global markets.
- Team Player: Collaborative spirit with experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
- Design Background: It would be beneficial, but not essential, to have skills in photoshop and design.
