What Will You Be Doing:
 
Strategic HR Leadership:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals and objectives.
  • Advise senior management on HR best practices and provide strategic direction.
  • Lead initiatives to drive employee engagement and retention.
  • Develop and implement effective onboarding programs.
HR Operations and Compliance:
  • Oversee local HR teams to ensure efficient HR service delivery.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with legal requirements.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and review data quality.
  • Manage HR budgets and resources effectively.
  • Monitor HR metrics and analytics to inform decision-making.
Performance Management:
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of performance appraisal systems.
  • Provide guidance on performance management issues.
  • Foster a culture of continuous feedback and development.
Employee Relations:
  • Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Handle complex employee relations issues and investigations.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
HR Business Partnering:
  • Work with HR Business Partners to provide effective business support.
  • Develop strategies to improve team performance and engagement.
  • Contribute to learning and development initiatives.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Develop and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs.
  • Conduct benchmarking and analysis to ensure market competitiveness.
  • Oversee local administration of employee benefits.
Organizational Development:
  • Lead initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness and change management.
  • Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) programs.
  • Support the development of a high-performance culture.
Stakeholder Relationships:
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders within and outside of HR.
  • Collaborate with the Global Talent Acquisition function for seamless talent management.
  • Align local plans with global HR functions and share best practices.
What Makes You a Strong Candidate:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is a plus.
