This role is with the ARRISE group powering Pragmatic Play.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating with all required teams regarding client or other teams’ visits, conferences or endeavors which translate into requirements from LC team;
- Ensuring all relevant parties receive timely, complete and relevant information about such visits;
- Arranging transportation and any necessary reservations for client visits;
- Taking care of necessary documentation for studio tours;
- Creating tour paths based on commercial requirements and carrying out inspections of said areas, requesting and following up on the issues getting resolved prior to the tours;
- Arranging dealers scheduling changes for targeted studios as necessary (for meet and greet with dealers);
- In charge of organizational details during visits, including coordination of waiters, serving times, food and drinks display;
- Ensuring that client visit checklist is applied and that any modifications requested by management are applied immediately, including necessary purchases through approved channels;
- Gathering requirements, placing orders for required props, uniforms or merchandise and arranging shipment to the appropriate locations;
- Supporting event planning activities when needed & possible (Christmas parties, festive food days etc.;
- Attending all studio tours and associated events as required;
- Willing to travel to other studios or to events if required;
- Mon-Fri office hours schedule otherwise.
Requirements:
- English skills minimum B2;
- PC knowledge – Excel, Word, Powerpoint;
- Experience / interest and an eye for basic graphic design (symmetry, alignment, colour compatibility);
- Experience / interest and an eye for clothes design;
- Ability to multitask and juggle shifting priorities;
- Experience dealing with vendors or clients, including foreigners (example: front desk, office management, customer support, account management);
- Great organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Experience in hospitality is a plus, alongside knowledge of Bucharest restaurants & nightlife;
- Experience with high value customers is a plus;
- Minimum 3 months in the company.
