What you would be doing:    

  • Supervise, motivate, and coach personnel within the operation department to ensure a high level of performance and efficiency.
  • Monitor staffing levels to ensure adequate coverage for games and tables during each shift. Organize staff rotations, manage days off, and arrange substitute employees as needed.
  • Enforce game policies and procedures established by the company to maintain integrity and fairness in operations.
  • Take initiative in identifying areas for improvement in operations. Solicit and analyze feedback from staff, players, and licensees to implement strategic enhancements.
  • Review activity reports and financial statements to assess progress towards objectives. Adjust objectives as needed based on current conditions.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor to uphold an orderly atmosphere within the facility.
  • Evaluate the performance of reporting teams to ensure compliance with company policies and objectives, as well as contributions towards achieving goals.

 

 

What makes you a strong candidate:    

  • Minimum of 2 years of previous experience in an Operations Management role.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in the iGaming field
  • Previous experience in managing teams, preferably with up to 500 employees, and handling a significant volume of new hires is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with general IT configuration of Online Casinos and solid understanding of B2B integration processes.
  • Basic financial knowledge and experience in budgeting.
  • Strong leadership qualities with an emphasis on quality assurance and team development.
  • Empathetic, flexible, and proactive personality traits.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain positive working relationships at all levels of the company and between different functional and operational departments .
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including shifts of 9 hours with breaks, if necessary, both during the day and mid-day.
  • Proficiency in MS Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and MS Teams).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in another agreed language is a plus.
