This role is with the ARRISE group.
Responsibilities:
- Opening, maintaining, and closing a game by introducing players and game rules, dealing cards, and maintaining friendly conversations with players.
- Presenting all games with the required professionalism in accordance with the Company’s performance, grooming, and brand requirements.
- Being presentable and confident when facing the camera while remaining at a high level of technical competence in all games.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Turkish is a must.
- Must be able to read, understand, and speak English at a intermediate level.
- Ability to maintain high energy levels for the duration of games that require a more animated performance.
- An enthusiastic and positive attitude with an outgoing personality.
- Must be reliable with good time management, attendance, and timekeeping records.
- Attention to detail and excellent people skills are essential, as this is a customer-facing role.
- Flexibility of working hours and the ability to commit to a 24/7 service pattern.
- Must be able to demonstrate the ability to think quickly and remain calm under pressure while maintaining accuracy, discipline, and discretion.
- Prompt decision-making skills.
