Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Assistance: Support senior BDMs in managing client relationships, acting as a secondary point of contact for clients in the iGaming sector. Assist in nurturing relationships and understanding client needs.
  • Sales Support: Assist in identifying customer requirements and providing support in consultative sales. Collaborate with senior BDMs to help promote and sell products based on customer needs.
  • Business Development Support: Help research and identify potential new business opportunities. Assist in initial outreach and targeted contact to help advance prospects through the sales cycle.
  • Sales Pipeline Assistance: Support the creation and management of the sales pipeline by tracking leads and coordinating with senior BDMs and internal teams. Assist in turning leads into customers.
  • Commercial Strategy Support: Assist in the development of commercial agreements by gathering necessary information and understanding customer requirements.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Help prepare reports on the progress of customers through the sales cycle for internal stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
  • Industry Representation Support: Attend trade shows, events, and conferences to represent the company and assist in promoting products alongside senior BDMs.
  • Product Demonstration Assistance: Assist in organizing and conducting product demonstrations, either remotely or face-to-face, supporting efforts to secure new business.
  • Market Research and Expansion: Contribute to market research efforts and provide basic advice on products, marketing strategies, and regulatory changes in various jurisdictions.
 
Requirements:
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in sales, account management, or a commercial B2C role, preferably within the iGaming sector.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Analytical Focus: Good numerical skills and attention to detail, with a willingness to learn about financial performance and negotiations.
  • Product Knowledge: A basic understanding of casino/slots and live casino products, with a willingness to deepen knowledge over time.
  • Sales Strategy Awareness: Familiarity with sales strategies and a strong desire to contribute to the creation and implementation of these strategies.
