Position Overview As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at ARRISE, you’ll be at the forefront of the dynamic and fast-paced iGaming industry. In this critical role, you’ll drive our overall talent acquisition strategy, sourcing and recruiting top talent to support the growth of our Live Casino Business unit. What You Will Do:
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR to source and recruit top talent for assigned positions
  • Utilize innovative techniques and cultivate a robust network of potential candidates through proactive market research, events, and relationship management
  • Collaborate with agencies and search firms to outsource recruitment efforts as needed
  • Develop job descriptions, identify candidates, manage the candidate experience, and negotiate offers
  • Conduct regular meetings to align on hiring needs and candidate statuses
  • Provide insights into industry trends and the competitive landscape to ensure we stay ahead of the curve.

 

Qualifications and Requirements:
 
Required:
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment roles
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and sourcing strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Nice to Have:
  • Experience in the iGaming or technology industry
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Certification in recruitment or HR-related disciplines
